Can I change a blog’s title on Blogger?

Yes, you can change the site title of your Blogspot blog. You need to follow these steps :

• Login to your blogger account and head over to your blog’s dashboard.

It's quite easy simple, you have to get in the posts area where you have written the article.

And you can easily change the title…at the top.

And if you want to change the permalinks as well?

You can find the section as well in the right side of the post area as “set permalink”, but don't change it directly, as it will get you the 404 page.

First push that published post into draft by hitting the “Revert to draft”, and then you can change permalinks by reopening the post according to the requirement, obviously considering SEO aspects by putting the focus keyword in that.
